Our client, one of the most prestigious medical centers in the nation, is looking for a Revenue Manager.
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the Revenue Manager is primarily responsible for:
- Directing, performing and collaborating in a wide variety of analyses related to revenue cycle systems and activities
- Developing, implementing and maintaining a system to complete ongoing reviews of the organization's accounts receivable and reimbursement; including the development of appropriate models
for estimating revenue and deductions from revenue for the annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly financial reporting.
- Overseeing a Senior Revenue Analyst with the development and maintenance of the contract management and revenue modeling system to measure and verify contract performance, as well as
investigates and implement solutions for improvement.
- Leading and/or assist with a variety of projects, analyses and reports related to benchmarking, surveys, developing scorecards and evaluating areas for revenue enhancements.
